I considered a number of Estate agents when I sold my property. I plumped for Ross at Bairstow Eaves as he'd already sold a number of houses on my road and he knew the area very well. Having had dealings with other local Estate Agents via houses I was looking to purchase, It's obvious to me that I made the right choice. Ross, Nicole and their colleagues at Bairstow Eaves, in Hucknall provided a service that was second to none. My bungalow was a bit bespoke to say the least . Ross and his colleagues provided a steady stream of viewers. Whilst not great in number they quickly delivered potential buyers who were looking for such a particular type of property. We sold the place within 6 weeks. At all times I can say they were honest, dedicated, punctual and attentive. As good as it gets really. I'd never go anywhere else now. To all landlords leave them as soon as you can. These people don't listen to landlords. They done investigate. They only work to pass on cost to landlord. They dont care if the property is damaged or not been looked after. They even done care if tenant is in breach of tenancy agreement.

Outsources property maintenance to a soulless app with no clear way to escalate emergencies. Instead of just dealing with the problem, when your boiler breaks down at the start of one of the coldest weeks of the year so far you've got to fill out a form in the app. Then hope the appropriate agent notices it, then contacts the landlord, hope the landlord notices and approves the request, hope the agent doesn't take too long to notice the landlord's approval, and then likely wait God knows how long for a plumber to find room in their schedule to come and try fixing it. If I were vulnerable or elderly I'd half expect to have frozen to death by the time this pointless gatekeeping machinery gets around to doing anything useful. Probably worth also mentioning this is the same business who seemed confused and bothered by the fact I wanted to actually read the tenancy agreement before signing it, and that I wanted to actually get the keys and inspect the property before signing off on the inventory. Then managed to screw over the landlord by changing the energy supplier without telling me nor the landlord resulting in the landlord being chased for unpaid bills they had no knowledge of.

I moved from the Lincolnshire area afew weeks ago I spoke with Jodie and grace at the offices in hucknall and there were fabulous they help me with the property I was looking at in hucknall and they helped me with the paperwork and before you now it it was completely done even when I came to hucknall to sign my paperwork in the office they were friendly and very helpful and I was even given a complementary moving in box which I thought was nice I would highly recommend them if you are moving into a rental property or buying a house as I feel they would go above and beyond to help you to find the right one and help with all the necessary paperwork and to make everything run smoothly for you
