FacebookWe changed to R&L after poor service from another agent and the difference was vast. R&L communicated very well throughout the whole process, including simultaneous comms with joint owners. They also pushed others in the process to keep things moving, including (politely) chasing me to get forms filled. A really first rate service. Thank you to Natasha and the team.

FacebookR&L acted for the family recently on the sale of our late mother's home. The service we received throughout was excellent and I would particularly single out Natasha who communicated and took the lead throughout the whole process. She was friendly, very patient, sensitive to our needs and to our buyer, keeping us all fully informed at every stage. Based on my experience I would have no hesitation recommending R&L to other potential vendors. :)

FacebookBrilliant service from Lettings today. Reported a problem with cooker and within 2 hrs of contacting Paul today it's been fixed. Special thanks to Steve, the contractor who came straight out. We rarely have any problems but each time this year we have had a need to contact the Lettings dept. the service has always been great. Thank you.

GoogleJust appointed Royston & Lund having had a bad experience with another local estate agent in coalville, who marketed or should I say lack of marketing my property.. Royston and Lund have been very efficient with getting paperwork, photos, contracts and property description in place ready to market my property from tomorrow. it's been so lovely to have an efficient service so far. Will leave another review once my property has been sold.

FacebookI let my property with Stephanie, Louise and the rest of the lettings team for over 18 years, and they have been absolutely ‘beyond the call of duty’ for all that time - prompt, polite, friendly, clear, up to date with legal and regulatory advice, practical on borderline issues and basically utterly brilliant! GoogleMy house isn't quite on the market as of yet and I am sure I will write another positive review when this has happened and it has sold. But, I have nothing than full respect for this company from the first phone call. Attention to detail, personal touch and the kind of customer service I admire. All members of the team so far have been gracious, helpful. certainly taken as much stress out of the sale as they can do. when you walk into their office to drop off paperwork and you meet a lady and she knows who you and are your property and you have never met before. Attention to detail!!

GoogleLindsey, Liz & Ollie have made the process of marketing our home so easy. They are all so lovely, so friendly, & helped us to make the most out of our home prior to selling. Ollie let our 6 year old help him with photos & measuring the rooms, & he was brilliant with him. The images & video of our home make us want to stay!! Can't thank them enough. So professional. FacebookOur experience with Royston and Lund was with the wonderful Samantha Simkins. From the very start she was on hand to answer all of our queries and worked tirelessly on our behalf to make sure everything went through as smoothly as possible. Nothing was too much trouble and even after we had exchanged and had a few problems she knew exactly who to contact to resolve. She was always quick to reply and kept us informed every step of the way. That communication helped get us through what was a really stressful 4 months (none of it Samantha's fault may I add!) I cannot recommend her and in turn Royston and Lund as even from our initial enquiry the rest of the staff where a fount of knowledge and advice and messages were always passed along quickly. I would heartily recommend them again. 5 stars!

FacebookWe recently used Royston and Lund to sell our property and they were faultless from start to finish. It was so refreshing to always get through to someone every time I called! Our Sales Negotiator, Matt, was excellent and always kept us informed throughout the process. Most importantly for he us, he never put pressure on us to find a property once we had sold ours and struggled to find one we wanted to buy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services!

R & L were complete professionals from start to finish and the level of communication and reporting was so much better than other agents we have dealt with.
