I understand this stems from the fact that so far your landlord has been unable to release you from your tenancy at your request. Our agency and your landlord will continue to market the property to achieve a tenancy application that the landlord authorises us to proceed with. FacebookSend emails right before they shut for the day. Actively ignore questions you’ve asked in emails. Difficult on the phone when trying to get contact details for our landlord. Tried to charge us £140 to replace two grill pans on checkout of our rented property that we were in for 4.5 years.
