GoogleME helped us to sell two flats this year and provided fantastic service from start to finish. Special thanks to Anita for getting us started and to Matt for taking us through to completion. Both Matt and Anita were always available and happy to help, and Matt in particular was extremely supportive with what proved to be a complicated sale. Would highly recommend.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleHugo has helped me on my quest for a property. Although he has just very recently started at this particular agent, he has gone out of his way to find me all of the knowledge I need. Incredibly helpful and can’t fault his help. Thank you Hugo, and look forward to continuing.

GoogleIt was great working with David, Caitlin and Kathryn when renting our house out. From the outset Bourne displayed professionalism, a detailed knowledge of the market and a dedication to me as their customer for providing a high level of service. After securing the right tenant through them I feel confident in using Bourne for the full management service.
Thank you very much for your review. It has been a pleasure to work with you to secure a suitable tenant. We pride ourselves on providing the best possible service with clear communication to our clients. We wish you well with your onward move. Regards Bourne.

GoogleAmazing experience! Joe has been excellent at helping us with our purchase. As I was a first time buyer and had little knowledge of the whole process, having Joe guiding us at each step made it seem very smooth. It is much appreciated! Thank you!

GoogleI'd get them 0 stars. I asked for them to list my property. On both viewings the lights were left on overnight until the next evening when I went back to the property. The cat flap was broken although they claim it was not them eventhough they were the only other people with keys to my property. The worst thing is they let random people view your property if they happen to walk past and are interested. Without checking their situation or if they're really interested in the first place. Obviously this compromises the security of the house as the house is empty. However they saw no issue with this at all. I find this really bizarre. At least other agents ask people to register first so they can be sure they're serious before showing them your property. Such an unprofessional company and they have no respect for your property. All they're interested in is lining their pockets. The agent was very clear in saying they let anyone view the property and register them afterwards if they're interested. A backwards way to do. When I confronted them, the agent couldn't be straight forward and couldn't actually tell me the truth. I kept catching his lies and he kept changing his story. I guess they're just sales people after all! Not sure how many reviews are genuine as many have only done 1 review and that's a sure way to spot fake reviews. I wouldnt recommend them and wouldnt work with them even if they were the last agent available. Awful, unprofessional and disrespectful.

GoogleWe instructed Joe to sell our property just after the Ash Vale branch had opened and after we were disappointed with the service we'd received from other estate agents. It was honestly a breathe of fresh air. We were well informed and we kept in regular contact. During the sale our chain broke down several times and ME were fantastic supporting us through the difficult periods. We've thankfully now exchanged and couldn't be more grateful to the team. I would highly recommend ME over the alternative agents in the area.
