Wanted to write a huge thank you to the ME team in Ash Vale, having just exchanged on our purchase. Paige first showed us round the property and was delightful. We wanted to offer straight away as we loved it, she actioned this promptly & our offer was accepted… and within a few hours the property was off Rightmove. Following that, we dealt with Hayley & Anne-Rie. Hayley is the loveliest lady & really couldn’t do enough for us, despite us not being her client! The transaction was incredibly smooth but any problems Hayley worked brilliantly between us and the sellers. Anne-Rie dealt with the sales progression and was completely in control and on top of the whole process- entirely different from many agents!! Can’t rate ME highly enough - thank you so much to all 3 ladies.

Hayley was a constant in our first house purchase, and went over and above to ensure we got our forever home. As first time buyers the experience can be a little daunting. We had seen some other houses but we found our experience with Patrick was amazing. He was very professional, whilst explaining things in simple terms to us. I don’t think when you find the right house it needs to be ‘sold’ however Patrick was very informative and friendly and for us really made it a positive experience. Very impressed.

I would highly recommend ME Estate Agents in Ash Vale, especially Hayley & Anne-Rie who support us throughout. These two ladies are a force to be recond with and are brilliant, constantly proactive chasing solicitors and making sure things get done. I’ve met many estate agents during my search but ME stood out from the rest. Their customer service towards sellers and buyers are of the highest standards. Always ready to answer any questions and push to get things done. Anne-Rie was always on the other side of the line keeping me posted every step of the way and it was lovely to finally meet her on the day of handover. The process of selling a house during a pandemic was never going to be plain sailing our move has taken near on a year with many bumps along the way, but we are finally in our new home. I cannot speak highly enough about Steve Darling, who represented our buyers in a very complex chain. When we were struggling to get responses from our own estate agents and solicitors, Steve personally kept us informed and where necessary put pressure on other elements of the chain when our own representatives were showing o sense of urgency. Obviously Steve had no responsibility to us, yet was the only one who empathised with the stress unnecessary delays were causing to all parties and went above and beyond to ensure appropriate action was taken. If only we lived in Surrey!

We had put in an offer for a house in September 2020 and have only just recently moved into our new home. It's been a long wait with issues from other areas of our purchase, however ME were always consistent and helpful with response to my questions and also in chasing any information we needed from the seller’s and their solicitors. When first shown around the property Courtney was lovely and accommodating and followed on from that with very professional and casual emails which made me feel more at ease about the process especially as we were first time buyers. Matt picked up communication with us after Christmas as everywhere went into lockdown and would go out of his way to make sure we had want we needed and would communicate regularly with us throughout the last of the process to keep us updated. When moving in we had some issues with habitability of the house, Matt was on it and chased this straight away with the seller’s and their solicitor which is now in process of being resolved. All in all ME have been the only real constant in our first time buying process and we have been grateful for this. May even consider selling through them too. Thank you! Oh and what a lovely surprise to get a moving in hamper with local goodies and leaflets, very useful!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Having just completed on a Probate sale last week, I can't thank your team enough for the support throughout a difficult time.. From Anita to start, who gave time to consider our options, to. Matt who followed through and kept both my sister and myself fully informed as to progress, even when solicitors were not keeping us informed, and finally to Stephen who stepped in when Matt was on leave in the last week of the transaction. To be phoned by Stephen on first thing Monday morning after he had already contacted solicitors to check all was on track, was impressive. Used ME Estate Agents for Sale & Purchase - whilst Joe @ Ash Vale was officially only involved in the sale sold for us (Farnham Office for the purchase) he kept the whole team connected and guided us on both fronts throughout the whole process. Joe turned around the marketing of our property within 24hours and his friendly personable approach is great - always available and quick to reply. Our property was sold within a couple of weeks and convinced the 3D Scan had a part to play in that with no repeat viewings needed - meaning offers came in quickly Joe's style and communication is great and he kept us informed (& sane!) throughout all the way through to completion/moving day itself. Have recently sold a flat and bought a house using Joe at ME Estate Agents in Ash Vale. I would highly recommend both Joe and ME - I will definitely be telling my friends who are thinking of selling. Unlike any other estate agent I have dealt with before, Joe and ME are genuine and very knowledgeable. Throughout the whole process of sale and purchase, Joe has been at the end of the phone and always on hand to help. Their virtual reality tool is a definite plus in both selling and buying and if you are thinking of putting your house on the market, I would use ME.
