FacebookI would highly recommend giving these guys a miss..... Or at least the leominster branch anyway. Absolutely appalling service. We certainly won't be approaching this company with our money in the future.

GoogleWe are selling our house in Ascot. We were initially using an online company but only had one viewing in 6 months! We changed to Chancellors and what a difference it has made in the number of viewings. The team at Chancellors certainly are proactive in trying to sell our house, my only criticism is not always receiving feedback after a viewing and having to chase Chancellors.

GoogleParticularly irritating...Struggling with the concept that we are not moving and do not wish to be contacted. Despite their confirmation that our records have been update to reflect our request I am still receiving calls!

FacebookAbsolutely disgraceful. 48 hours before my step daughter was due to move into a rental property Chancellors have told her that the move cannot go ahead. She has a signed contract and has paid the deposit. No one is responding to phone calls or emails. Spent the whole morning trying to get hold of someone to find out what is happening.

FacebookWe recently sold our flat through Oliver in the Langley branch who was professional and enthusiastic. Hannah in the progression team was fantastic, it's the first time i've sold a property and she was brilliant, I think I would have gone nuts without her help liasing with the buyers and in particular their crap solicitors! Chancellors are pricey but the customer service we had was great.
