FacebookPoor communication. Slow at getting things done. Don’t come back to you. Bad photography and then when we tried to exit our contract under the cooling off period they told us this was not relevant as we signed online and not in person!!! Would never recommend anybody to think about using them. Very unprofessional company. Very bad experience. Utterly disgusted with the company as a whole. So we had no viewings the whole time it was marketed. and now they are trying to sting us for £400!!! This has left a really bitter taste in my mouth. I know a lot of people in the area looking to sell and will definitely not be recommending you to anyone. They also left a full blown photograph of our 4 year old daughter online on the details and wondered why we asked for the property details to be removed from the website !!!

FacebookIt’s a shame to read so many poor reviews when I have received excellent service from my property manager Tegan Ellis who has been trying to help sort out a repair for an oven. She has been incredibly helpful, polite and got the job done.

GoogleChancellors of Ascot have just sold our house for us. It turned into a 10 month marathon, not that there was anything wrong with the house, but it was a large property, with a lot of land and at the top end of the market so it was not exactly a straightforward sale. But it is entirely down to the dedication, determination and professionalism of all the staff in the Ascot Office that we eventually achieved our objective.
Our sales agent was Richard Partridge, who worked tirelessly throughout in order to secure the sale. And he got terrific support from the rest of the team in the office, who always accurately conveyed our messages, followed up our questions and ensured that everyone got the answers they needed.
But it was Richard who was directing the negotiations and he deserves particular recognition for having been knowledgeable, approachable, diligent, tactful and flexible at all times, without ever losing his natural cheerful disposition. Nothing was too much trouble for him right from the outset.
There are many Estate Agents competing for business the Ascot area and in Chancellors we clearly picked a winner. Our thanks to you all.

GoogleWe received a great service from Chancellors.
In my opinion the most important thing about selling a property is the marketing and the photos of which Chancellors nailed it. As part of the service a professional photographer was used who was able to capture even the smallest detail which was vital for ensuring the right people viewed the property.
Now that we are looking for something to purchase it is even more apparent how good a job they did as we are coming across decent properties we had discounted due to poor agent photographs.
This combined with a very personal service where we were updated as to the marketing of the property as well as receiving detailed feedback after each visit makes them (in my opinion) one of the best agents in the area.

FacebookVery dishonest and unprofessional letting agents - possibly the worst of all. They have no clue what they are doing. Being a landlord for 10 years, I have never seen anyone like them and would definitely avoid them at all costs. Unfortunately, I had to learn it the hard way which costed me 2 months rent and loss of personal time chasing rent arrears from a tenant all because of their fault which they agreed to but gone back on it and denied to pay the losses.

FacebookThe worst Estate Agents I have ever dealt with in 10 years. So unprofessional and no one seems to have the slightest clue. I am constantly chasing for updates and reports that are outstanding. I am confused as to what I am paying for. Would definitely not renew my contract.

FacebookI have genuinely never encountered such bad customer service. Once an offer accepted they literally don't care about their clients. They don't keep in contact or chase up the buyers and they hand you over to a separate office so noone seems to know what's going on.

FacebookAbsolutely horrendous.
If you're ok with breach of data protection and disclosure of your personal finances to your ex-husband, hey, go with Chancellors.
They are SO inept, unbelievably arrogant, inordinately incompetent and even with numerous court demands, they refused to engage. At your peril.

FacebookAbsolute shambles. I wish I could take the stars away. They do nothing apart from robbing people without giving the service.
Started with Daniel from the Sunbury office who promised us of great customer service and communication. Daniel along with his team at sunbury hardly communicated and their specialist team had no clue when they spoke to me over the phone. A sale that would normally take couple of months took over five months to complete. When I layed the frustation out to the senior directors they first asked me to pay their fees. Once I paid the fees they just told me to that there is nothing they can do.
Plz plz plz do not deal with this company.
You will regret your decision for ever

FacebookWe have had the pleasure of dealing with Jayne Morris originally from the Kington branch, who helped us almost 2 years ago with our rental search. She had ideas and inspirations for us, before we even moved in. Nothing was a problem and she would always plan to see us, for viewings, when convenient with myself and my partner.
Since we have lived here, Jayne has always gone above and beyond with helping us and sorting any problems out, highly recommended.

FacebookI was delighted with the excellent service I received from Declan Hartigan at Chancellors. I called one morning on the off chance there were any vacant properties to view that afternoon and he arranged a viewing within a couple hours. I loved the property and was able to make an application in minutes. The entire process has been smooth as Declan has kept me well-informed and immediately answered any queries I've had. Also, the entire process was completed within a week! The help and efficiency I have received from Chancellors has taken the stress away from moving house!

Facebookwith advice asking us to market our house at over 30k less than value, plus a lack of competence, we regret ever signing up with Chancellors. waiting for the contract to end so we can go with more competent estate agents.

Facebookabsolutely appalling service. i cancelled the contract with them within the 14 days period due to a change in circumstances. they never even visited the property to take photos and it was never placed on rightmove. what followed was 4 months of debt letters, demanding paying costs. now been sent a county court letter. completely ignored when i challenged the costs, taken off in under 7 days. disgusting level of service. NEVER use this agent.
