GoogleThey sold an flat for me last year. They clearly have very good local knowledge and Laura was particularly efficient at dealing with the various parties and keeping me up to date on progress, leading up to completion.

We have found two rental properties now through Alex Bush in the Storrington branch. We cannot thank him enough, he has been amazing throughout both. He has been in constant communication, always replies in a timely fashion and made sure both properties were perfect before we moved. Having a toddler it can be a stressful experience moving but Alex took a lot of stress away from the process and made it a really enjoyable experience to work with Henry Adams lettings.

Henry adams of storington evicted myself from a property they managed in pulborough .I have terminal cancer they didn't care put me out on the streets , kept my deposit . Heartless bunch of selfish uncaring rubbish . What a pisstake reply I never missed my rent once , complained about that devil James Riley ,.and who's going to investigate it but himself .This man is evil and I hope God strikes him down deadAlan Dixon a dying man thanks evil bustard.

GoogleWe brought our Bungalow through the Middleton on sea office of Henry Adams and could not have asked for a better service. Laura very patiently showed us around several properties before we made our final decision. Nothing was ever to much trouble, they always returned calls and found any information we required. All members of staff were really helpful even 3 months later when we needed some information about the heating, they contacted previous owners and the problem was solved. I would recommend this office and hope to use them again when my parents move down here with us... Many thanks for all your help.

GoogleI was incredibly impressed by the service offered by Henry Adams when I recently moved house. In particular, Richard and Laura did everything possible to ensure a stress-free move. They were very approachable, supportive and dealt effectively with any obstacles that occurred. They communicated with all the relevant parties and ensured that I was kept fully updated throughout the sale. They are the best estate agents I have ever dealt with and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleUsing Henry Adams to sell our property also raised an opportunity to purchase a bungalow which suited our needs. We dealt with various members of staff and found them all professional and nothing was too much trouble in answering a number of questions we raised regarding the process for both sale and purchase. Very disappointed to say the least. They are very nice to you before you move in, after paying rent and deposit you will see hell. I stayed for days with no hot water in December, making numerous calls and emails and being told stories. I stayed for months with damp and mold and nothing was done, only for them to make efforts to change the place for the new tenant when I was to move out. The house was extremely cold. The worst experience ever, paying a lot of money for rent for nothing.

Great service from the Lettings Team at Storrington!'We' found a property we liked and a viewing was promptly arranged at a convenient time for 'us' (my partner!). Communication was great, got in touch when they said they would and the landlord requested a meeting before offering the tenancy to us which Henry Adams accommodated at their branch and even provided tea & coffee! Very friendly, helpful and communicative and quickly resolved a hassle we had with rightmove who manage the referencing. I think I would have preferred they handled referencing themselves as I feel they would have been more competent at it than rightmove were; hence the 4 stars.The welcome pack left for us when we moved in was lovely and they worked with my short-notice, very changeable, work schedule on key collection day which turned out to be nice and easy.Overall, great service moving in, if we move out (hoping not to!) then I'll try and remember to update this review!

Henry Adams has been great throughout the entire process of re-letting our flat. Our main contact was Charlie and he was always readily available, friendly and helpful with every query we had. I really appreciated his down to earth manner and honest advice and he was sensitive to our wishes, never pushing us to accept a potential new tenant that we didn’t feel comfortable with. Everything ran smoothly with setting up the new contracts and arranging the handover to our tenants. Thank you Henry Adams, would highly recommend!
