Dear Mr. Abdullah, Thank you very much for taking your time to review Oyster Properties. We are very sorry and disappointed that you are not happy with our service. We do take pride in catering our tenants needs the best way we can and therefore, we would like to clarify your situation and why we were not able to agree on the rental contract with you. Firstly I would like to mention that Oyster Properties is taking full responsibility toward the Landlord when renting out a property and therefore, a proper credit check is mandatory in order to establish if the tenant is eligible for a particular property. If the client is not willing to provide all necessary papers we don’t have another option than to decline the applications. I hope this explains why we were not able to move on with your application.
