GoogleI had an appointment to view a house at 2pm. I recieved a phone call in the morning to confirm the appointment that following afternoon. I got there on time, there was no one at the door or anywhere to be seen. I called them mutliple times but it went to voicemail everytime. I sent voicemgs and text msg. Still nothing. I had waited over an hour with my toddler in such cold windy weather. It has been 4 days and yet still not heard anything from anyone. So unprofessional and no courtsey whatsoever.
I am writing this added msg, that is AFTER i got their reply on here AFTER i have posted my review here.
That reply is POINTLESS if all you are going to do is copy and paste it to every complaint you recieve. What you done is far from any of your "striving excellence service"

GoogleDo not let a property with this company i have had nothing but problems from the day I paid the fees to move in to now nearly 2 and a half years later and I'm still having troubles the property has repairs that I reported when I moved in that still haven't been fixed and paperwork is a nightmare with them, they never have an answer to questions they should be able to answer and thats if they answer the phone.
Don't waste your time and find a better agency.
