In contacting leaders for the first time to enquire about a property to rent, I was greeted and guided through the process by an employee named Alex. Alex was professional, personable, positive and kind. Due to this my experience was very pleasant and I was left feeling optimistic in my pursuit to find an ideal property. With regard to the former I would suggest to anyone in my position to give leaders a call.

My agent Tom Hallam was a great help. Shower us a video tour of the apartment, and was very respondent and Super easy to talk to and gave us the best advice. Also helped me and my partner find our first home without feeling all the new stresses that come with it.Very helpful will definetly be recommending to friends and family.

I got a phone call responding to a enquiry about a property and in turn was given another property to look at, which we then put a holding deposit down on within one day. Very professional, kind, courteous and was very speedy and helpful with any requests. Jamiel was particularly helpful throughout the whole day and consistently kept us informed and was very professional, and answered any of our queries promptly.

I worked closely with Will at Leaders who did a great job of communicating with me regularly and keeping me posted on what was going behind the scenes throughout. I found a room and was all sorted and ready to move in within practically two weeks, the documents side of things was made so easy/stress free for me too. Absolutely appalling. If you're a landlord I would avoid at all costs. I have been using their rent collect service for 3 years. They have tried to sneak on additional charges to my statements, not once but twice. They are terrible at finding tenants. They told me they had secured a tenant and on the day she was moving in, told me she didn't pass her referencing, but still strong armed me into letting her move in, 6 months later she couldn't pay rent and had to move out. After that they didn't find me another tenant and left the room empty for 5 months, until I finally decided to take my business elsewhere. Oh and when you do try to leave they squeeze you for all the money they can.

Had the pleasure of having Saoirse Belmour deal with my initial rental query and application. She was personable and very helpful and she made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Absolutely awful agency, avoid at all costs. From day one, this agency was unprofessional: left me waiting 30 mins for my key, Joelle failed to mention the NDO had a monthly fee, and their “all bills included” contract turned out to be a “mistake” that cost me a large sum I’m still owed. Ellie conveniently left right when she was supposed to update me on my reimbursement, and Charlie Smith even hinted at ending my tenancy early, effectively trying to kick me out and not own up to their mistake. Dishonest, disorganised, and utterly untrustworthy.
