I’ve been wanting to sell my property for the past year, but with Covid and health issues it delayed everything! Paul didn’t mind at all, he was supportive and understanding and scheduled in check ins to see where we were at in our journey. Paul is so personable and it makes the whole thing so much easier! My partner and I were on the hunt for a property to rent and we have experienced nothing but professional and friendly service from Leaders Nottingham. Lauren and sandra are a credit to leaders Nottingham sales team. They went well above and beyond for me during this sale. The property was empty and I unable to visit due to covid, Lauren took care of it, she arranged visits and kept me well informed. Sandra was like amazing organising viewings, keeping me updated with responses, and got the house sold in no time at asking price. Between them they answered all my questions, got onto the solicitors, rattled a cage or two to get things moving. I cannot recommend Lauren and sandra enough if you deal with these 2 you will sell you property and you will be in the best of hands.

I had an agent called Ellie who was extremely confident in her work and was amazing, she help me and my partner move into our new home yesterday we’re we see our foreseeable future. Ellie Constantly had a different alternative for any slight inconvenience. First time dealing with Leaders estate agent, we called today and enquired about a house that we had seen, due to unfortunate circumstances me and my partner are in a little bit of a hurry trying to find a new property. We are first time landlords and decided to instruct Leaders to manager our property for us. We were unsure how this would work but recently we had an incident with our tenant and the team were wonderful. Callum professionally managed the issue while Sarah gave me a telephone hug and told me some funny stories to stop the tears. I went from feeling upset and vulnerable to feeling that somebody had my back and that was worth more than any amount of money. Thank you so much. I recently left my rental property of 3 and half years with Leaders due to buying a new house. My dealings with my property manager Abbie and my Landlord were always easy and pleasant and Abbie had great customer service. They have a service for reporting maintenance through a portal which is really good and easy to use and Abbie always got issues sorted really quickly for me. Thanks so much Abbie for always being friendly and offering great advice. If I wasn’t buying a house, I would definitely rent through leaders again.
