GoogleWorst agent ever seen.We have reported serious issues to them and haven't taken any action even after a month.They make everything complex.They didn't even bother to call back or come and inspect.

GoogleIt’s CHALLENGING nowadays finding a competent estate agent, who respond promptly, are up to speed 👌 with marketing techniques and who priorities customers 👍 above everything else! I live in California 🔥😆 (stressful times at present!) so expected communication with time change to be lengthy ... however was EXTREMELY satisfied with their form of communication, be it my email, phone or snail mail! I NEVER had to WAIT and feel FRUSTRATED and waste my time having to follow up (yet again - as I do with so many other businesses I deal with!! 😞) not only did they assist me with monotonous paper work, 😐 they gave me the option of a cash 💰 buyer (Auction sale!) or an immediate tenant ... I am very grateful and could not recommend any other real estate agent - Thank you 🙏 to the Team at Leaders!

GoogleHad another agent marketing my property for just over 2 weeks with little to no communication or feedback from viewings. I recieved a letter from Leaders offering me their "7 day challenge" which I took them up on. They found me a tenant within a day of marketing and they've now moved in. From start to finish every member of the team has consistently kept me in the loop with viewings, referencing and application updates. I'm in the process of purchasing more to add to my portfolio and will not hesitate in using Leaders again.

GoogleAfter great service from Croydon branch, we decided to stick with nottingham branch during our relocation and it was the best decision. Nottingham branch was really great and helpful to find us property for rent. During our tenancy, property management team was wonderful and always solved any issue with efficiency and professionally . I would like to thanks all the nottingham branch members specially pmd team for their service. it was great and they are totally different than any other letting agents.
