GoogleI don't have a problem with lenders as such Tom and Alex are brilliant but speed and teamwork with a landlord would be beneficial... Being told to have the keys on a such day then getting told you will get the keys a month later due to problems which creates problems.

GoogleUnable to fulfil their role as intermediaries between the property owners and the lenders. Unresponsive and lack of communication resulting in us having to live without heating for 5 days and without constant electricity… Living under these circumstances, as students, is really disturbing and unacceptable.
