Absolute waste of time

Absolute waste of time. No responses to emails, the guy showing the house never follows up with the (basic) questions we asked at the viewing, then when we call them turns out the house is sold. They didn't work well for neither seller or buyer, as they ignored a bidding buyer. I would not recommend dealing with this broker.

I would reccomend holden copley in Arnold with out a doubt, from the very beginning they were proffesional not pushy and highly competitive. They kept us updated at all times and were very approachable with issues or concerns, there were 2 people at the branch that stood out for me lottie and emma they looked after us from start to finish, my move wasent straight forward yet they went the extra mile to help and support us in a very stressfull time..... if your thinking of moving then make holden copley arnold your 1st choice .....

Awful service unprofessional staff after contacting them Wed 6th to arrange to view a property on Seaton Way Mapperly I was told Friday 7th after 3 then Sat and then Sunday I was sent an email by Ellie and had previously been informed that the vendor was in a chain so not ready to move quickly. I was then informed that the vendor had actually bought a 4 bed house off themselves with cash and that actually she had accepted an offer on Wednesday on her Seaton Way Mapperly property that I had arranged to view. So why waste my time by not informing me an offer had been accepted on Wed 6th ? And why continue to view a property thats accepted an offer. I intend to complain and make enquiries regards all sales that have been made with regards to this property and the one she has bought for cash !

i found the whole experience of my sale with copley to be quite poor in many areas from over pricing by a large margin and then keep reducing tactics until it as sold" but hey at least this makes sure that they get the job." i had error after error from start to finish in many areas to many to list in the ended up taking an offer well below their valuation as i am sure is the case with many of you out there using this company.. will not be using these again in further developments moving forward..

Initial visit from first agent was great. I found him very professional and knowledgeable. Great photographer and the photos were great... then my experience changed. Had a different estate agent for every viewing, one was even late, arrived after I had showed the prospective buyers around. They don’t have mobile phones, so you have to go through a switch board to get hold of someone. Most calls get redirected to the Hucknal branch. After voicing my frustration, they tried to rectify the situation and apologised. Who doesn’t have mobile phones in business today? Surely it’s a tool of the trade? Whole process has been very tedious and we don’t feel that we built a relationship with anybody. However, the house is now sold and they also managed to sell our buyers home.....so good commission all round I suppose.

House sold in 1 day....the communication was second to none...from the opening stages with Liberty...who always remembered what was happening in the process and didnt have to be prompted...what a friendly and personal experience, to Emma at the final stages who was quick knowledgeable and so efficient.
