GoogleI recently sold my house using Holden Copley and i was very happy with the service provided. Sheryl and Christie were fantastic and kept me informed of offers and progress throughout. Moving house can be a very stressful process but it was made less so and i would highly recommend.

GoogleReally pleased with the service provided. They took control with viewings and really helped to sell our property - for a good price. They liaise well with solicitors and other estate agents and go above and beyond. Really happy we chose them - Georgia was so helpful.

As a cash in hand buyer tried to view two houses with this company. One viewing went as arranged, second was put off by agent for 8 days despite me saying i urgently wanted to make decision. After the first house viewed i tried to contact by telephone the rep who had showed me around to make an offer. I was told they had been emailed to get back to me. They never did. I tried calling again and the voice message said due to staff training no sales team were available today. I subsequently viewed adifferent house with another company, made an offer which was accepted. Then Holden Copley finally sent me an appointment to view the second house by text which I immediately cancelled by replying. They subsequently sent me another text the next day confirming viewing again and a phone call by which time i finally lost my composure and told them what i shower i thought they were.I have bought and sold several houses over the years and never experienced such poor customer service.

GoogleHolden Copley recently let a house for me. The standard of service is simply amazing, from the pro marketing to the communication and feedback. The property went on the market and had 15 people lined up to view the same day. The property was let immediately. If you need a letting agent, these are the guys to use.
