We have sold two properties and bought one through them this year, everything that they do is spot on and nothing is too much trouble. Karen Eccles - Senior Sales Progressor, is a total star! 465 days later, and still nothing. That is how long my property was on the market with Holden Copley. Don't get me wrong, they sold my house once on that period of time; the sale fell through and I don't believe that the "Sales Progression" Team did enough to make it happen. I thought I'd give them another chance though, because I just thought it was the market conditions. Well, that was a mistake. It soon became apparent as both a buyer and a seller that things weren't quite right. They failed to send estate agents out to viewings, both as a buyer and seller. They failed to inform owners that we were going round to view houses! And I haven't had a viewing for over two months, nor have they phoned me in this time to discuss the marketing of my property. I have had several agents come round and value my property and they agree that it is valued at the correct price... All in all, it's not been a great experience as a buyer and seller with Holden Copley in Arnold.

What a joke!

Asked Holden Copley Hucknall to give a valuation for my property as I was in the market to sell. I found the sales valuer rude and obnoxious and actually the statistics, market value and data he showed me on his laptop was widely incorrect as I'd done my own research beforehand. Needless to say I didn't require Holden Copleys services or the so called expertise of the ginger haired individual.

We began our search for our first home middle of February. We stumbled across our now home beginning of March. We instantly fell in love with the property and put an offer in straight away. Holden Copley worked hard to get the offer accepted and we were then on our way to the Sales team! Josie was there to support us throughout the whole process, as we are both first time buyers and had little knowledge of the processors but Josie kept us up to date with every step and answered any ridiculous questions we had sympathising with us when we hit major brick walls along the way.
