GoogleHighly recommended. This family run business provides the highest level of service at a good price and kept me informed at all times, and promptly answered any queries. They were extremely kind when I struggled to hand over the keys to the property and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them

GoogleThe agent arrived well before the appointment time allowing myself and my builder to have a thorough and unhurried inspection of the property. This enabled us to grasp a comprehensive assessment of the health of the property. I can now formulate a plan and schedule the works once contracts are exchanged.

GoogleThe all sale took us a very long and stressfull time, as it was a complite chain process.Mainly i was directed the right direction by Michelle and Kerry. They were helpful and knowledgeable and assured me always with the next step.Overall experenince was good would recommend to anyone to deal with David James.

FacebookFantastic Agent!!!! I contacted them along with two other agents re selling a property in Colwick for our family following the sad death of my Grandad. From booking the appointment to now, they have been amazing and every staff member I spoke with have been incredible. They sold the property within a few days and got more than asking price. One of the other agents kept slagging this agent off when I informed them who we were going with (won't mention the name but it's a agent in Arnold, Hucknall and West Bridgeford) and were so unprofessional!. Keep doing what your doing David James as you have been truly brilliant so Far!!! 10/10

Although it took a long time from start to finish, due to issues out of our control, David James were quick to reply to every email I sent them - a huge thank you for this goes to Kerry in the Arnold branch who has been brilliant to both me & my vendor.
