GoogleI cannot recommend or speak highly enough of First Step. Having bought and sold a few houses in the past, I will not use another agent now. We bought a house via First Step last month and they have been absolutely fantastic! Nic and Jules are truly amazing and are worth their weight in gold, happy to the extra mile and regular communication from start to completion. I will actually miss my weekly emails!!!

GoogleIf I could leave a 6 star review I would. I've dealt with many estate agents as a tenant, buyer or seller and hands down they were the best. Not just the best but it always felt like they were doing so much more than they had to, they were not taking advantage of you and very easy to get on with. They were always in contact and working hard on your behalf. I'm not one of these gushy reviewers, but of any place I've reviewed in general First Step would be number 1.

GoogleThank you so much to everyone at first step that helped us firstly find out dream house, and then went on to help support us through the buying process. Buying a house / moving house is extremely stressful, but luckily we had Jemma at first step to help us through it all. She was always there at the end of the phone. Jemma helped make sure the house purchase went as smoothly as it could. She kept us up to date with all the information we needed and how to do certain things. We are extremely grateful for all the help we received. Thank you again Jemma and everyone at first step.

GoogleThe sale of our home had its complications, but I am glad we engaged with First Step. They were great from the very start, but really came into their own in the closing weeks when agreeing exchange and completion dates etc begun to really slow down progress. Regular updates and constantly chasing the other parties was a massive help and gave us a lot of reassurance. Thank you.

GoogleFirst Step have helped us sell our apartment sited in a heritage Victorian building which was quite specific. Throughout a protracted conveyancing period, with unforeseen breaks along the way, they have been great in pushing the chain through to exchange and completion and keep us well informed during the journey. Estate Agents often get a bad press and deservedly in some cases but First Step have been professional, customer focused and responsive and we would 100% recommend them to others. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we experienced a rollercoaster of emotions, but Jules and the entire team have been incredibly supportive throughout the process and went above and beyond to help us to get to where we are now. I received similar feedback from our solicitor who specifically called Jules out as she ensured that all stakeholders involved in the process were always kept in the loop to avoid any misunderstandings and/or delays. I also want to highlight the outstanding service of the lettings team who helped us find a temporary rental to bridge the gap between the sale of our old house (with a different agent) and the purchase of our new house (with FirstStep) - this was essential to get the deal done. Thank you to everyone at FirstStep, you should set up a training practice to teach other estate agents what best in class looks like!

GoogleJules at First Step, in my opinion, has to be one of the top Estate Agents. We have finally exchanged on our property, and although First Step wasn’t the agents acting on our behalf, Jules worked tirelessly for us to ensure that we purchased the house of our dreams through them, always on the end of the phone to answer any concerns, nothing was too much trouble and always went the extra mile.....an absolute credit to the industry.
