Despite this, First Step worked hard to secure buyers and to keep us informed of the chain’s progress. They gave us a realistic perspective and went the extra mile to support eventual exchange and completion. Unfortunately we did not manage to secure the house but we were both really impressed with the communication we received, the level of information shared, the transparency and honesty and the friendly, accommodating approach both Jules & David gave us. It’s very unusual to feel comfortable with estate agents (sorry!) but we both said how refreshing it was to deal with such a professional organisation/people.

GoogleBuying a house is supposed to be stressful and in most cases it really is. We couldn’t have found a better agent to help us with this than First Step. From the first contact and the first appointment to the day of completion and even after that, Jules has been absolutely superb. The level of professionalism (and that of other First Step staff when we needed to contact them) was outstanding and it really sets the standards for all estate agents. We could always rely on her advice and proactiveness, we never felt chased and when we needed a response we would get it in a matter of minutes no matter how trivial the question was. We cannot recommend First Step enough to anyone who wishes to buy a house.

GoogleWe recently bought a property through Claudia at First Step being a first time buyer I wasn’t exactly clued up with everything. I had many silly questions but every single one was answered.
Claudia is a lovely person and she kept us updated throughout the whole process, she called and emailed even outside her stated hours. She was always honest and cheery even with things outside of her control. Without her I think I’d have been running around in circles, I think I contacted her more than our solicitor as she always seemed to have the answers or get things moving again. Literally couldn’t have asked for a nicer person and company to deal with.
