GoogleGreat service and communication. I used their mortgage service and am glad I picked them after viewing some properties. As a first time buyer, everything was explained to me and all options were explored. Paperwork was simple and I felt that I was really taken care of and kept informed throughout the process. Their 'lifetime' service means that I will be using them again and again and I am glad that I'll be going back to them in the future. Can't thank Tristan and the team enough for all the help and support.

Delivered on promises to get viewers into the door. I like other local agents they had a high flow of viewings resulting in a rapid sale of my house at a very competitive sale price. Easy to deal with good communication throughout and advice.

I purchased a house via Connells in 2023, and it was not an experience I want to repeat. I was forced into visiting their in house mortgage advisor and told I would get a better chance of purchasing the house I was interested in if I used them.

GoogleGreat team working there, very happy with the reception we get every time we need to go in there. Particularly Tristan the mortgage advisor who has been very good and getting us a great deal. Highly recommend for your mortgage needs. Also, if I recommend someone, myself and that person get £100 in our pockets each from Connell so tell Tristan that I sent you and we can have a few beers. Cheers. 100% recommend Connells Andover.

GoogleWould not even give them a one star. Disgusting, poor service. Terrible at keeping you updated. Tristan Misinformed us from the start - if we knew this we would have never have gone with connels. Wasted a whole year for us.

GoogleUsed Connells Mortgage Broker service and can not fault it. Jake was brilliant in securing a great rate in these challenging times. Constant communication and updates from him throughout the process and was more than happy to answer the numerous questions I had regarding the process and application. Would highly recommend him to anyone!

GoogleLinda Cox is an amazing Mortgage advisor, when everything fell through with my own bank Santander, Linda said to me don’t worry and that she would be able to get me a Mortgage and true to her word in less than 2 weeks of our first meeting I have been offered a mortgage.
