GoogleI have been showed a property by Amy on Monday 28th September 2020. She was very professional and courteous, she readily showed me the property and surrounding areas belonging to the Flat. Gave me all the answers to my questions and ensured that I was fully informed of anything else to go with the property. GoogleTerrible experience with Belvoir - avoid if possible! My partner & I were planning on relocating to the area, and had a viewing booked - which was a 3 hour round trip and we took a day off of work to go and view the property. After waiting 10 minutes at the property, we called the branch to which a rude member of staff told us they had emailed, text, called and left a voicemail to cancel the viewing. - We "conveniently" didn't receive these forms of communications, despite us never having issues receiving their calls, texts or emails. Unprofessional all round.

Can I ask what name you had the viewing booked under, when the viewing was and what the property was please? I have looked on the system and I cannot see your name anywhere. Was it for a sales or lettings property in Andover?

No matter who I come in to contact with in their office I am always met by polite, professional, helpful staff who act promptly to any communications. Very happy with the service I recieve here. GoogleInept, ignorant Tried to arrange a viewing for a property... emails, phone calls, voicemails - complete lack of response over the course of a few weeks. Clearly, these omissions were a sign you didn't want comissions. Although one centrally-located representative did make an effort, the Andover office clearly didn't feel like raising their game to her level. If you'd have actually bothered to even respond to one of my communications, that would have been the professional thing to do wouldn't it? I wouldn't be here posting the facts of the matter, now would I? Your website tagline reads "Property professionals for more than 20 years" Yeah, I get it, it's the lockdown, people are working from home, things are very different - adapt, deal with it and live up to your claim of being professionals.
Disappointing to hear that you have not had a positive experience with us. Your feedback is much appreciated. We will endeavour to learn from our mistakes.

GoogleBelvoir are widely known in the Andover rental market and have a high reputation for no nonense renting and clear charges. On this occasion they lived up to that reputation and have strengthened further my opinion that they are the leaders in their field. I had to vacate my home extremely quickly and the team helped process my application and get me into a new property within less than 10 days even in amongst a global pandemic! The speed, clarity and professionlism of all the team involved has been much appreciated by me and my family in helping us find a rental in the current climate.

GoogleBelvoir Lettings....what an absolute rip off £114 move out admin fee deducted from my deposit!!!!! after paying a fortune to move into a flat that had obviously not had a professional clean (the toilet was disgusting and took me weeks to get clean) but had to prove I had had a professional clean done on leaving!!! The carpets were "beyond the end of their life" according to the carpet cleaning man and it had holes in the stair carpet, possible health and safety risk but they wouldn't replace and also they put new heaters in but never came back and made good the walls after....would never use again or let anyone i know use either The photos show the condition of the flat on the day I moved in, Belvoir seem to think it's acceptable. when ever I complained they would say "it was like that when you viewed"! and " the previous tenant never complained ( she did apparently for the last 3 years of her 8 year tenure). Well the walls weren't as they put the heaters in a week after I moved in and the carpet was so bad I assumed ( wrongly) that they would be replaced. They did repair the light fitting eventually.
Needless to say, we are disappointed to hear that your experience was not to your expectations. It’s massively important to us and our clients that the property is cleaned at the end of a tenancy to a very high standard. It is fair to say that all properties vary from each other and this is always reflected in the rental paid. We would like to invite you to the office at some point so that we can discuss this with you further.

He ran the sale for me and my fiancé so effortlessly and was always at hand whenever needed. I would highly recommend them for a stress free and efficient transaction. Amy Burton-Pye was our agent today for myself and my husband whilst walking around a property and would recommend her for sure. She was informative, polite, interactive and yet not too much or overwhelming. She also included my step son and included him in all the conversations. She made us feel at ease even with the current situation with wearing face masks.
