GooglePoor services,unprofessional,i book a property,i pay deposit and after 1 month i have no answer from u guys after 4 calls i been to agency and they said that property is gone,i book another one and was same. Really unprofessional. How u can tell me to pay deposit to book a house and after that u don't have time for me to let me know that was gone?

FacebookMy Inspection was conducted today by Emily Fryer and I had plenty of warning and nothing seems out of place so all in all I think that the inspection that was carried out, was perfect. I had a rough start to my letting from Belvoir but apart from that everything else has been pretty fine, no issues at all.

GoogleWe currently rent our house through Belvoir and had our regular inspection, we tend to find property inspections quite intrusive, however, Edele who carried out the inspection, made me feel completely at ease. Her approach was so considerate and pleasant. It's nice to see that from a lettings agent.

Really great feedback Ken, this is delightful to hear feedback on. Inspection visits can be seen as quite intrusive so we try and make people feel as comfortable as possible. It's important to our landlords for us to provide feedback on how well the property is being looked after. Thanks for taking the time to feedback.

GoogleThey were able to move me in very quickly, about 5 days after confirming interest in the property I rent, so props for that. Customer service is generally reactive and quite friendly (except for a member of their staff who can get a bit moody...) Overall good experience with only a few minor downsides, which is why I'm not giving a 5 star rating. Hope to continue with them in the future.

GoogleWe let our (fully managed) property through Belvoir when they bought out our previous agents; the service got worse and worse, even the tenants complained; we gave Belvoir a second chance but they didn't improve so we moved. A year after leaving (and Belvoir having assured us they had deleted all our details) they email us asking for a review. Point proven really. We would recommend avoiding Belvoir if at all possible.

GoogleWe have recently purchased through belvoir, although it took a long time for exchange and completion to happen, this was at no fault of there's. Chris was very responsive and quick to deal with and find answers to any enquiries we had. Customer service has been fantastic throughout.
