GoogleI found Belvoir to be both professional and efficient in finding me a tenant for my property. Their team are friendly and courteous and did a brilliant job in finding me a tenant for my maisonette and within a specific time frame. They took care of all the detail and took the hassle out of it for me. Even though I am managing the property myself, they still went above and beyond to ensure I had all the info myself and the tenant need to feel secure and happy throughout the process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I needed to sell property with excellent tenants in situ as I did not want them to lose their homes. I asked Belvoir Andover to value. I explained that the properties were only to be sold to a landlord looking for long term investment and reliable long term tenants. Belvoir Andover franchise directors decided to purchase the property themselves,telling me the manager and directors were growing a portfolio of long term investment properties. The process was lengthy and inefficient, probably the worst estate agent I have ever used. The sale took over 6 months. Then, just a couple of weeks after completion, both tenants were given eviction notices. So ...... inefficient as estate agents and with absolutely no moral compass. Definitely not recommended!

We are, of course, very sorry to hear your views on the sale\/purchase of your old rental properties. As previously explained, we had a change in circumstances after we had committed to the property that meant that we needed the cash for a much larger investment. It was not our plan to sell the properties but this became necessary in order for us to move forward as a business. We worked tirelessly to find the tenants alternative homes and we ensured this was at no cost to them. The tenants on the ground floor had informed us that they planned to move out anyway as they needed a two bed apartment (which is what they now have) and Peter is now in a very nice modern one bed house with his own private garden. He is very happy and we are in regular contact with him. I’m confident that if you spoke to all the tenants, they would all agree that they are now in more suitable accommodation and may be even happier than before. We would be happy to discuss all of this further with you. We find it wholly disappointing and unnecessary that you have felt the need to display your thoughts online in order to try and damage our reputation. You may have seen that we have very very few negative comments from anyone else and we are sincerely sorry that you feel the way you do. We would please ask that you seriously re-consider publishing the comments before we seek further advice.

Jenni rang to say our buyer had pulled out of the sale in the morning, but by the afternoon, had lined us up with our new buyer. Keeping as much stress out of a very stressful time.

FacebookWorst agency ever. Aranged a viewing on Friday it took me 30 minutes to get to the property and after 10 minutes i was waiting outside i called them to see why they were late and they said they couldnt find me on the records. I said alright mistakes can happen and we re-arranged they suggested me to re-arrange for the following day. I went again to the property and by surprise nobody showed up again. I called them three times within that 30 minutes delay and i ve been told that he is on his way. Because nobody showed up again called back and they told that actually the agent didnt pick up the phone and they dont know where he is. I cannot imagine worst coatumers service than that and i regred for the time i spent looking for a property woth them.

This has been endorsed by our recent visits to their offices in Andover where upon entry every employee greets you with a smile and "hello can we help you" as if you are a member of the "Belvoir Family" They deserve full credit; it is a pleasure to do business with Belvoir .
