GoogleOrchards were the only agent in the area who managed to sell my home 3 times. Sadly I was unlucky twice with the buyers but each time they supported me in a very professional and empathetic manner and always found me a buyer very quickly. Adam and Abi have been incredible always offering sound advice and ensuring our sale went through in a very short period. They are thorough, communicate well and are on the ball. I would recommend Orchards to anyone and the team there is the best in the area without a doubt!

GooglePoor service. Not sure what was going on with the property they advertised in Lower Stondon, had us out for a viewing, took our application then did not contact us for 3 days, would not return a call or anything. I kept asking for an update and kept being told 'Eleanor will call you back' and that never happened. 3 days after the viewing and application, I finally manage to speak to someone on the phone and I get told the 'landlady is keeping her options open'. What does that even mean (I asked) and I hear back 'She hasn't said yes but hasn't said no. Wants to keep her options open for now'. This after being told the landlady was looking for a local family, who lived in the area and would be suitable for the property. Well, we lived on the same road, family of 4 and passed the affordability checks without issue. Difficult to feel like this isn't a form of discrimination. Horrific service.

GoogleWe had a complicated chain with many people involved. Throwing CV-19 into the mix too made it more complicated however the team were always available, willing to give time for reassurances and to answer questions. We had lots of questions and not once were made to feel like an inconvenience. I have no doubt that without their commitment to the chain and to us and their ability to think creatively we wouldn’t be in our new house!! GoogleIt's definitely landlords can leave 5 star reviews and tenants can only leave 1 star or maybe less. One day i will write in details about my experience with this agency. This is not a fake review it is true that you are a time waster and I will never recommend this agency to anyone. I am not the only person who says that. Look at the other comments from those who tried to rent a property you are managing and see how the majority gave you bad score. YOU NEED TO FIX YOUR INTERNAL WORKING SYSTEM.

GoogleWhen renting a property, Orchards were quick to get things organised and in place for my move in date. I was provided with a well-detailed inventory and current state on property, pictures included etc. Some minor issues such as phoning to let me know a radiator was coming for the living room, but it never arrived. Also my landlord was told in error that I wanted to extend my lease for an additional 6 months when this was not the case. Quite excessive on some deductions from my deposit in my opinion but this was negotiated and all was well on departure. Satisfactory rating.

GoogleAdam, Alex and Orchards the team offered us an amazing service through the sale of our home. The team worked really hard to support us in building a strategy to get a sale for our home, despite a lot of challenges (Chain breaking down, local over supply and difficult market conditions). We successfully completed last week. I would highly Orchards especially if you are looking to optimise the marketing of your home to a proactive target audience. We tried that with a competing agency and were left highly frustrated with their lack of effort. Orchards pulled through with a high number of interested viewings, and successfully supported getting us a price we were willing to accept - supporting with a high touch through to completion - without doubt 5 Stars. Great team effort!
