Not only did they sell our house in a week, Abi who looked after us, kept me in the loop the entire way through the process, and felt more like a friend than an agent to be honest, which was lovely. They were great at getting viable buyers through the door, without being pushy and communicating well. They were thoughtful to our needs as a family, minimising disruption and setting up back to back viewings. Throughout the sale process Abi was great at aligning all parties, ensuring information was shared and keeping up momentum. Orchards felt like the calm in the storm, thank you Orchards!

Jen came and visited me, had a look around and instantly gave me advice on things that needed changing. Very knowledgeable lady, professional and personable. Would absolutely recommend

GoogleFrom start to finish the sale of a property went very smoothly. Orchards and the staff were very professional and friendly. Questions were asked and sorted promptly, nothing was to much trouble. I would recommend Orchards if you want friendly local estate agent to handle your sale.

GoogleAbo was absolutely amazing. We definitely wouldn't have moved when we dod, despite having two deadlines to meet (our mortgage offer running put, and the stamp duty increase). Despite it being the job of my solicitor, rather than Abi; she went above an beyond, and was the one ringing around up and down our chain. I have nothing but praise for her, as I know we certainly weren't the only people she was helping, bit she did make us feel like we were. I would recommend everyone to use Orchards as they are so professional, but so personable too, and are absolutely on your side. Side tip: wait for Orchards to recommend a solicitor that they have worked with before. I wish I had (despite using the firm I used for my first housewives, they let me down this time).

GoogleWe have recently purchased a property and dealt with Abi during the process. She was proactive throughout, keeping us up to date and informed at every opportunity. Abi was always extremely helpful, easy to talk to, and always put us at ease during what is a stressful time. She dealt well with our extremely difficult solicitor, and was always level headed and reasonable. We can't recommend Abi and Orchards enough, we were very impressed and will look to use them again in the future. Thank you Abi!

GoogleMy partner and I have been tenants with Orchards for the past two years, and we wanted to take a moment to share our positive experience. Throughout our tenancy, the service has always been exceptional. From typical day-to-day issues like a broken washing machine or blown-over fences, to smaller tasks such as paint touch-ups, Orchards has consistently been proactive and responsive. For example, we had a replacement washing machine installed within just four days and new fence panels replaced within a couple of weeks. Cameron from the maintenance team also came out to touch up walls and ceilings, and he did a fantastic job. The Head of Maintenance even followed up afterwards to ensure everything was to standard and that we were happy with the work done. Adam and his team, along with the maintenance department, have been consistently fantastic. The customer service provided has been exemplary, and I have always been happy to recommend Orchards to family and friends. Thank you for making our experience as tenants so smooth and stress-free!

GoogleWe bought our house through Emma at Orchards and we were deeply satisfied with the level of service we received. She was very responsive to all of our queries and issues and had a good knowledge of all the houses she showed us round, including the one we eventually bought. We also had some issues towards the completion of our purchase with our solicitor and Emma was extremely helpful in guiding us through how to deal with that. Thanks a lot Emma.

On the viewing she was again excellent and very informative about the property. These Covid times are certainly a challenge but a challenge that Orchards and Emily have faced head on and smashing! Starting with establishing a sensible selling price and finding the right buyers to then achieving a higher than asking price. It was not a straightforward or very fast sale but the team at Orchards kept things on track, dealing with us, buyers, solicitors and others in the chain. GoogleI can not fault these guys in Ampthill. Alex and his team were so easy to deal with from the first viewing up until the date of sale. Alex couldn't do enough, driving over there to take pictures when I couldn't make it, chasing things along without being asked, and generally changing my view completely on estate agents as a whole! I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone in the area hoping to make a move soon!

GoogleManagement are great at this estate agent and following their valuation we were happy to list our property with them. However a few avoidable issues did leave a bitter taste once the sale was completed. Work was identified as being required for the sale which was not an issue, however due to misinformation unnecessary trips to the property were required to fix a very simple issue resulting in two 130 miles round trips. The final issue was the date of the sale where they had handed over keys to the buyer before we, the seller were notified that the sale had completed, resulting in us visiting the property when the new owners had taken possession, causing a great deal of embarrassment, confusion and distress for both parties.

It was your decision to travel down to look into the drain issue. But we do thank you for your business and have taken all of your comments on board. We wish you all the best in the future.
