GoogleHaving invited a number of agents to assess our property we chose Orchards because they suggested an asking price that reflected our own thoughts and most importantly Julian followed up his visit with confirmation of details which were correct in all detail. Photographs and video (including drone footage) showing our property were also excellent and were particularly important for buyers in the midst of the Coronavirus pandemic. Emma, who dealt directly with our sale, was always most helpful and invariably on hand if needed. When we hit a sticky patch in the chain of buyers and sellers, Julian went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Having moved out of Bedfordshire we won't have the opportunity of using them again, but would definitely do so if the occasion arose.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Value

GoogleIn one word Amazing We recently purchased what we believe will be our dream house from orchards ampthill and Emma was brilliant throughout the process. She was very professional, responsive and something that is almost alien in the property market very honest. We placed an offer, the seller accepted, there was a counter offer by others, but both Emma and the seller decided to sell to us. The whole process was painless, a great experience, and a joy to find an estate agent who does not play buyers off against each other or have other hidden agendas. I would highly recommend Emma to anyone, and I would definitely use her again. GoogleAs an immigrant I most say I was frustrated after weeks of looking for a Flat. Orchard however, afforded me the opportunity to find a home in Bedford. In particular Ollie was supper supportive and never got tired of me. Naomi I must say created the ultimate miracle by having the flat ready in record time. She was understanding and quick to assist. GoogleThis can be the most stressful thing you will ever do in your life and finding a good estate agent that will manage your expectations is vital. We have nothing but praise for the team at Orchards. Abi and her work colleagues were a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble and they never took their eye off the ball. GoogleI am writing a review to possibly warn others not to use these dreadful estate agents. I rented a house with my husband. We couldn’t put anything in the shed as the previous tenants had filled it up to almost the roof with rubbish upon moving out. Orchards refused to help explaining it was our problem so we had to take several visits to the tip to get rid. Also the shower was broken with water just trickling out, again they refused to take any responsibility saying it was ok when we moved in so we had to pay for it to be replaced. I take a lot of pride where I live so after asking orchards whether I could decorate, they agreed explaining just subtle colours. I chose mostly a nice cream colour with very light pastel colours in some places like the hallway for instance. When visited by them, the lady said she wishes all tenants would keep their properties as nice. We stayed there 2 years and when it was our time to go, they just turned. The carpet was always in desperate need of changing and they used the fact that we have a little dog to blame for why the carpet was bad. I was astonished. I’m sure as most dog owners know, if you take pride in your home, people wouldn’t even know you have a dog if they didn’t actually see the dog! After a battle to and fro, we had no choice but to just let them take the money out of the deposit. A deposit that like most people we desperately needed. It doesn’t stop there…. They still had our deposit when we moved out as they didn’t return phone calls etc… and they actually ended up charging me for the pastel paint colours which they had previously told me I can do. I was already moved out so unable to paint over it. They will of course answer this review stating they don’t know us or whatever… I’m just asking you to take careful consideration if using these people. They were extremely unfair and I really don’t know how they sleep at night.

GoogleWould be happy to continue to do business with Orchards. A nice professional team who clearly work hard for their landlord customers and often went over and above expectations. Special mention to Richard T who has been fantastic to deal with and incredibly helpful, and often went the 'extra mile ' for us. Also a mention to Arun who called me several times before I gave him the ok to find us tenants, and with Richard found me great tenants, I had wished I'd used Orchards sooner. Good team, I originally dealt with Steve J last year who was fantastic and set the tone for how I view the company. Glad to be doing business with them.

GoogleHighly recommend the whole Orchards team. From start to finish they went above and beyond in helping with the recent sale of our house. We couldn’t have wished for a better outcome, we listed on the Friday evening and sold within 24 hours. A sellers dream experience. The photos and marketing were very high quality and extremely professional. They really know how to show your home at it’s best. Emma deserves particular praise and thanks for her dedication, skill and patience. Very quick to resolve and overcome challenges that arose during the process and was even messaging with support in the final stages when she was on holiday.
