GoogleMark and Tom did a great job selling my property in the St Albans conservation area. Once legal work began their open lines of communication were extremely helpful. It was a bonus having F&C on board especially as the house was being let by JW&Co - both teams working efficiently together. Extremely impressed and would recommend!

GoogleAgent was always on time for viewings and promptly replied to email/phone queries. Nothing was too much trouble for Samantha and I was able to secure the property without any problems. When I collected the keys to my new home I was given a ‘welcome pack’ which was a lovely start to my new life in Bournville.

GoogleThe team in Wandsworth Common, Bella, Emily, Katherine and Tom were fantastic. It was an unexpectedly long and arduous process at times and it made all the difference to know it was in the safe hands of smart, efficient, transparent and professional team. They went far beyond the extra mile in crossing the line for this transaction providing round the clock updates and successfully coordinating the numerous parties involved. They are upmost professionals and yet very personable - a very slick team ! Thank you !

GoogleI have just rented a property in Whitchurch via Brockenhurst, and I dealt with Hannah the whole way through. Unbelievably competent and efficient, everything was completed on time and with great communication. Really can’t overstate just how easy the whole process has been, a real relief and Hannah helped reduce the stress of renting a new place hugely. Exceptional service, and I don’t say that lightly!

GoogleAbsolutely fantastic. As we live abroad we though that selling a UK property would become a nightmare however All Wales team were fantastic. We were kept informed at every single stage. They worked tirelessly to prepare our property for Auction however due to their fantastic marketing skills they secured a sale before the Auction date. I can honestly say they are the best company I've ever dealt with full stop.

It was a long journey and we couldn't have done it without the constant support of Andrew. His professionalism was outstanding. He always kept us informed, and always in the loop. He never gave up. In our opinion, we couldn't have found a better agent. He always gave us valuable and sound advice. We would be extremely happy if Andrew were to receive some recognition for all his hard work.
All the members of staff at your Amersham Branch were friendly, helpful, and supportive.

TrustpilotNo response to emails - out of business?
I can only assume they are out of business. No response after several emails to various aliases including their director of lettings directly. They registered my tenants deposit despite the fact I only wanted them to find the tenant - I complained about this at the time. Now, at the end of the tenancy, they are not responding to a request for information on how to return it. I was going to sell the property through them but if they aren't in business anymore then I'll need to look elsewhere.

FacebookWe recently sold our house (Morten Wood) in Amersham with Frost. I was impressed at the start of the process with the speed in which the details of the house were ready to go to market. However when the viewings started it was a bit harder than I had expected to get feedback on how the viewings had gone. Most of the time we had to do the chasing for that. Having said that, once the house was sold and our chain was in place, I honestly believe the only thing that held it together was Andrew Holdsworth at Frost. He did a superb job of finding information from all parties in the chain way before any other agent had. His local knowledge and relationship with clients and other agents around Amersham was second to none. He did a great job. I would use Frost in Amersham again.

GoogleA mixed experience, we first dealt with Danielle who seemed lovely but would never call us back, never pass on any messages and never answer any questions that we asked. We had to wait days for her to even reply with an answer to if our offer was accepted or not. Even if you couldn't get hold of them, at least give us a call to let us know rather than leaving us in the dark all the time. We were very fed up with this service after a couple of weeks and gave up asking questions and just assumed the worst otherwise we would have got nowhere.
Thank god Andrew Holdsworth took over as he would proactively chase the whole process and was nothing but nice and helpful for us. He would keep us updated and was very professional at all times. Thank you Andrew for your help!

FacebookHaving recently purchased a property in Amersham through The Frost Partnership, I am significantly indebted to Andrew Holdsworth, their agent acting on behalf of our vendor. It seems axiomatic to state that he was professional for, in my opinion, he went beyond the usual requirement for one in his role. At all times Andrew was diligent, knowledgeable, flexible, compassionate and innovative in what proved to be a purchase that could very easily have succumbed to the vagaries unique to our particular circumstances.
Whilst we were not his clients directly he provided significant guidance and dealt with unforeseen complexities with grace and good humour. There is no doubt whatsoever that we would not have succeeded in the timescale necessary - and therefore perhaps even at all - had it not been for Andrew's committed endeavours on our behalf and moreover, no doubt, on behalf of his clients - even checking-in whilst on leave to provide insight to his colleagues who superbly perpetuated his vital input in his absence.
I therefore would not hesitate to recommend Andrew Holdsworth and The Frost Partnership to anyone looking to sell or buy property in and around the town of Amersham.

Samantha Roper (property administrator), has been very supportive, helpful and attentive to our needs, ensuring that any issues we have now living at the property are resolved quickly.

FacebookI highly recommend Frosts in Amersham . Especially Andrew Holdsworth... My sale was one to remember and went on far to long but Andrew H was always on the ball and wether it was my solcitor or the buyers side he would always be chasing them and refer back to me. He also did a pretty good job at keeping me sane through all the stress so I thank Andrew for that. Also Thank you to the other Andrew and Danielle for their input too. A great service from Frost Amersham!

GoogleWe had a very poor dealing experience with this company. We rented a flat from Frost in Jul/August 2012, my contact was Sally Hyland at the Amersham branch. Immediately Frost handed over a s21 notice seeking possession in 1 years time. Although I believe that this is legal, this is extremely bad practice. When I queried what this meant with Sally I was told that this was just standard procedure and not to worry about it.
This document basically means that they don't need to give you ANY notice to leave the property, so if your landlord decides that he wants to offer his divorced mate your home to live in and give you next to no notice then they are completely within their rights to do so. Which is basically what happened to us.
I think that they should be transparent in the way they do business so would warn you to avoid signing the s21 notice as I did unwittingly setting myself up for a huge amount of stress a few months down the line when we were asked to leave with less than 4 weeks notice not 6-8 weeks which would have been reasonable. Not easy to do when you are working full time!
I would recommend that you look for another Estate Agency to do business with. Fees are also very expensive.

GoogleIf everyone in the house moving business was as great as Emily, it would be a happier world. She is a delight to work with: proactive, responsive, calm, and helpful. On various occasions, I found myself saying “thank God for Emily” because it felt like she was the only one in the transaction who was consistently on the ball. I know there are cheaper options for selling your home, but I think JP are well worth the money.

FacebookI was disgusting to have been calling the estate agents for days on end & find out it was all a waste of time! There is currently 2 adults and our baby living in a 1 bed private rent property. 1 additional adult will be living with us as soon as we find a 3bed house. I spoke to many people who took my details and explained that if we failed the credit check that we would need a guarantor. We found a reliable guarantor whom owns their own property, has worked all their life & is still working now. On day 5, I was told that I needed to find a "more lenient" estate agent as there would be nothing they could do for us. The reasons were;
I am on maternity leave (yet I was in full tome employment and I will be going back to work!)
That the additional person isn't 'blood family', although he has been like a brother to my fiancé for 15years!
My guarantor doesn't earn £52,000 a year!! Even tho the rent was only £1300 p/m
And also, because my partner has debts from his teenage years which he has cleared one, and is currently paying back the rest of them!
Disgusted that we have been penalised by an estate agent like this and I will not be recommending you to anyone! I do not claim anything what so ever and we always pay rent and bills!! Yet a reference from our current landlady, to clarify that, wouldn't be sufficent.
Personally, this is a 'snobby' establishment & obviously we are too common for you!
Disgusted!!
