GoogleAs the buyer of the property that Shahram sold, I completely agree. Oliver went to immense trouble to help me, going way beyond what I would expect from an agent. This property was bought for my extremely busy son with my role being to get the job done while he goes to work. However, as my home is in Thailand I was in a position of needing to bring multiple builders round long before completion. Oliver was enormously generous with his time, and very understanding. I found him to be exceedingly professional and on a human level, kind and thoughtful and very genuine.

We are first time landlords and the property was previously our main residence so finding the right agent was very important to us. We rented a property from TFP several years ago and were very impressed with them from the tenants side. Caroline and her team impressed us from the first meeting - professional, articulate, thorough and very good at giving realistic advice. Despite having 3 other estate agents in our village we decided to go with TFP because they were the most competitively priced and gave the best service. Highly recommend!

GoogleFrosts we’re the third estate agent we appointed when trying to sell a retirement apartment in Amersham. Retirement apartments are notoriously difficult to sell but Josh, who was handling our sale, did a great job, as did the manager of the Amersham branch. Josh kept in regular touch about any progress - or lack of ( which is just as important) - and we had useful advice on price from the manager. We felt they took a personal interest in our sale. It took a long time, but eventually, a buyer came along and the sale process was handled efficiently and professionally. Again, we were kept regularly informed at every stage. In all, it took nearly 3 years and 3 Estate Agents, to sell the apartment but Josh and the team really persevered and we got there in the end. So, a big ‘Thank you’ to Frosts in Amersham. Would certainly use them again.

Google5 stars aren't enough. Estate agents have rightfully earnt a poor reputation over the years and I have to say dealing with Rob has been a breath of fresh air. There is literally nothing I could fault about our experience and everything I would praise. Whilst I don't envisage ever wanting to move house again anytime soon in the event I did, I would call Rob imediately and I would encourage all of my friends and familly do the same. We found Rob to offer an extremely personal service which was transparent, straightforward and honest to not just us us as vendors but also to our buyer which undoubtedly helped to ensure our sale completed succesfully. Throughout he displayed tremendous insight and steered our sale in order to achieve the outcome that we wanted. As an independant, it was extremely refreshing to know that Rob only took on a few properties at a time in order to remain committed to our sale and remained contactable at anytime of day. Many discussions happened in evenings as we work full time and we felt we had Rob's undivided attention. Consequently our property sold quickly but more importantly for us, at a value higher than we had initially hoped which broadened the scope for our onward purchase. This was achieved largely due to Rob's responsiveness and the quality of listing that he put together. Rob was optimistic but also realistic about what we could achieve and then exceeded the expectations set out. Throughout he was friendly, approachable and never pushy. I genuinely can't think of a way our sale could have been handled any better. Thanks Rob, best Estate Agent we've ever encountered. I would give more stars if I could.

GoogleTENANTS BEWARE!!!! If i could give this less then 1 star i would. As a tenant, we have been ignored, shunned and even i would say bullied from the manner and tone they email us with. We are just an issue to them! We moved in to a property they said has gas heating , but it didnt!!! But gas still runs to property to we still pay a service charge of £10 a month but estate agent and landlord will not respond!! Either landlord is away and they cant talk to them, or now a staff member is on annual leave abd so cant discuss!! This has gone on since august and instead of resolving they evicted and are selling house. Still will not give us any answers to the hundreds of £££££ it has cost us for gas we dont have !!!! I have attached emails from them for you to read the tone. They are rude and do not care about their tenant!

GoogleGreat experience buying my first property through Oulsnam. Liz was amazing throughout - had answers to all my questions during the viewing and knew the property well. Throughout the process was really efficient liaising between myself and the seller. Liz kept everything moving quickly despite being in a very long chain. Would definitely buy and sell future properties through Oulsnam.
