I have contact this estate agent on Saturday to enquire about property. I was told the property is still available and Keith is out of office but will contact me back. I was even willing to do the vewing same or next day. Keith never contacted me. Doesnt cost anything to contact me back and at least let me know that the property is gone. This just shows the customer/tenant care provided by them. I definetely won't use them and wouldnt recommend them, unless you like to be ignored.

Based on our experience, Hadlands is the best letting agent in the Amersham/Chesham area. They represent both the tenant and the landlord in a fair and balanced manner. Mark, Melissa, and the rest of the team are always attentive, conscientious, and proactive when it comes to getting the job done. Update 07-09-2020: Mark Hough has been extremely helpful throughout the very challenging the lockdown period. Thanks to him, problems with our boiler and our oven were quickly resolved. In addition, when our bathtub recently developed a crack, he went to great lengths to ensure that it was replaced in a satisfactory manner.

I am a tenant of a property that Hadlands manage, I have dealt with Mark over the last couple of days regarding a plumbing issue that was causing some damage to the inside of the home. Initially we had some issues with being able to seek the appropriate help needed but Mark was on hand every step, guiding us and trying to gain answers for us as quickly and professionally as he could. We had several phone calls and were met with a few instructions, But, during these difficult times, we feel that Mark handled our issue promptly, in superb time and most importantly professionally. The issue is now sorted and within close proximity to 24 hours of being notified of the issue, reducing the possibility of further damage and resources!
