GoogleMark Hough, the property manager @Hadlands is a pleasure to deal with. I rent a flat through Hadlands and have done for nearly 2 years. Whenever an issue arises, he deals with it quickly and reliably. My pilot light on my boiler went out twice and on the first occasion, Mark arranged for the engineer to come that afternoon and it was relit, leaving me with a lovely warm flat. A week later, the same engineer came back on the same day that I had reported the pilot light had gone out again, and replaced a part. This has been the same quality service for anything else that has required attention.
