Dear Jaspinder,
It is with great sadness that I read your rather damanging one star review.
You have been in contact with my office virtually on a daily basis, sometimes four times a day either by phone, emails and attending our office in person. We have made every single effort to respond to your requests and demands immediately. As you know, we are always here for you, acknowledge your communication and respond with answers once we have spoken with your landord who is currently overseas.
The property you rent has been refurbished to include a new kitchen and bathroom and there will be some teething problems.
We have won the British Property Awards for 3 consequtive years for outstanding service and we have every intention to maintain our position.
Kindest regards
Simon Hadland

Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
