Everything is explained ( including the charges) and if it not for his sound advice we would have withdrawn from and very lengthy and unnecessarily complicated purchase . I used RMS Jesmond to find a tenant for our flat in Newcastle. From on the onset Cristy and team have been clear, helpful and proactive. The entire sign up, marketing, tenant finding and tenant processing (referencing and contracting) has been smooth and seamless. I was able to get a good tenant with an uplift on our rental income within 2 weeks of the property being emptied.

The staff in the local Amble office were excellent in helping us find our home. They had great local knowledge and were realistic in their assessments and conversations. I felt they understood our needs and tried their very best to help us. They were very considerate and never pushy. A great team of people with who were consistent in their helpfulness and approach. At a macro level for house buying (so outside the control of RMS Amble), in England, the system is flawed. It requires new legislation. It can take months to complete for no valid reason - full surveys could be done by the seller in advance and be available on-line at the time of viewing so buyers can make better informed decisions for their budget. Searches could be available on-line for solicitors to download without delay. Solicitors could be penalised within their code of conduct for delaying matters unnecessarily and be given clear deadlines to work to.
Wow thank you so much Julia for leaving such a lovely review for our team in RMS Amble. We wish we could have more sway over the conveyancing process but we do try our best to push where we can and provide support to both seller and buyer throughout with updates.

Only dealt with Bruce & Elle at this branch in West Denton but can’t praise them enough . Bruce did fantastic photos of my property & advised me on what the property was worth & Elle did most of the correspondence regarding the sale , plenty viewings were arranged & the property was sold very quickly. Would definitely recommend .
