The Blyth branch have been outstanding during what had been a difficult and stressful time selling our family home, to allow my mum to downsize. They have become more like friends to us and have been supportive, kind and understanding from start to finish. Professional yet friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble. They have all been wonderful but particularly Michelle, who without, I don’t know what we would have done! We would not hesitate to recommend and use again in the future.

Hi RMSI’d just like to give a big thank you to Gordon, Michael and Chris.They acted on my behalf in finding a new tenant in the property I was renting.Not an easy task with living in France. But straight from the out set these guys made this one less thing for me to worry about. I was kept up to date with viewings. RSM were the agent dealing with a property we were leasing. The agent (Gordon) was really prompt in dealing with any queries we had...by prompt I mean either answering the call immediately or getting back to us within 5 minutes.If Gordon was unavailable then one of the RSM team was on hand - they were equally as responsive.When dealing with RSM I had a high degree of certainty and confidence that they were acting as quickly and pragmatically as they could to progress with getting the lease agreed and signed.Would not hesitate in dealing with them again.

It was mine and my partners first time buying a home and Alistair Bowman from Rook Matthews Sayer was our mortgage advisor. He was amazing! No question was too silly to ask him, since we were new to the whole process we had a lot we were unsure about but he was always there to provide an answer. He checked in throughout the whole process and made it a lot easier for us being our main point of contact. If we had a worry or query he would respond instantly even outside of his working hours. He was always extremely friendly and positive as well as actually pushing things forward and being genuinely interested in our buying process. Could not have asked for a better mortgage advisor! Absolutely first class service from the Ponteland branch. Prompt responses, professional, thoroughly efficient and friendly staff.Property was listed and offer accepted with 5 days whereas other properties currently for sale with different agents remain unsold in the same area therefore I'm confident we made the correct choice going with the branch .We were impressed with their enthusiastic approach towards a prompt sale ,generation of interest and optimism of selling quickly. Which they did! Every attention to detail was considered and sale completed quickly without hiccups. I'd highly recommend. Weve been thrilled by their service.

Payments and safety checks have been on time and changes of tenants have been achieved promptly. Repairs have been arranged quickly and reasonably. RMS have acted as our selling agents and Bruce Walker has been very efficient when organising the sale of property to the tenants. Excellent communications . Recommend unreservedly.

Staff were rude and uninterested in my concerns. No longer feel comfortable discussing anything with them. Would not recommend to anyone looking to rent with a fair and friendly estate agency. However, I acknowledge that this won't be the same with all staff in all branches, perhaps just my nearest one.

GoogleGreat service. Really friendly staff and very professional. House was put on the market and within 24 hours we had viewings booked throughout the week. It sold within 9 days. Even through we were right in the middle of selling and buying when lock down happen and also having a buyer who lived aboard the Amble team went above and beyond to get us moved as soon as possible. They chased up solicitors to help move things on more quickly. Hannah and Hayley were great , no task was too big and they always kept us well informed. They are a credit to the company. Alistair Bowman as always did an amazing job with our mortgage renewal, we stupidly left it to the last minute and he went above and beyond to get it submitted in time so we didn't end up on a variable rate! He's a great guy who clearly takes great pride in his job and it always feels like he personally cares about his clients, he remembers things from 2 years ago In our last appointment that I barely remember myself!
