Mr.Justin Chan assists me in my flat hunting.He gives good advices during viewing. He is helpful in offering me choices. Mr. Chan impresses me much in arranging a 1930 viewing on that night upon my request in the morning. Since Mr. Chan can communicate with me in Cantonese, I feel much comfortable for discussion. Although I don't make the offer after the viewings, Mr.Chan' s professional attitude establishes my trust in Thornley Groves Estate Agents

As a landlord the service is non existent. Unable to contact anyone at office, phones never answered, emails rarely responded too. Move your business elsewhere. The company incapable of dealing with anything that doesn’t run smoothly.Now had the standard reply after this review of contact our customer service team, funny thing is I have already done that and received no reply. Would recommend Thornley Grove in a heartbeat.Sarah Tarmey who looks after all the landlord's gas safety certs and boiler services and ensuring that compliance legislation is adhered to amongst other things is absolutely on the ball. She's polite, courteous and capable, I am in contact with Thornleys on pretty much a daily basis and have to say that in all my dealings with Thornley Groves, they have been polite, professional and courteous. Your property is as safe as houses with Thornley Groves.
