Engaging with Cameron at Charters Estate Agents made the experience of purchasing a house positive and seamless. Cameron was very knowledgeable about the area, the house market and prices which helped as we are moving from a different part of the country. In my previous experience moving house can be a stressful time however our experience was one of efficiency, courteous and great communication from Cameron and Charters, they were also friendly and professional. KAYLEIGH RYAN - Sales Progressor from Charters has been extremely personable, friendly and made buying a new build property (and first time buy) extremely easy. She has gone above and beyond as well as being a friendly ear at the end of the phone. There is good communication within the team from the initial offer period to, brokerage to progressing. Kayleigh & Becky have been fantastic and have helped me buy my dream home. Charters are the Rolls Royce of Estate Agents in the Hampshire area so if you are looking to buy they have the best portfolio of property's in the area paired with the best service.

We’ve recently used Charters Parkgate for a sale and purchase. From initial contact they were polite and considered and have been diligent to find the right buyer for our property as well as taking the time to understand what we were looking for in our next home. The communication and support from the whole team has been personable and responsive and particular thanks to Tilly who has been a real delight to work with. Throughout the highs and lows of buying and selling Tilly has been by our side and has gone out of her way on several occasions for which we are really appreciative, she’s a true gem!

charters should be the only estate agents you use.Sarah was amazing from the beginning and refused to give up finding me a place to live in and in perfect time with 0 pressure on her end.There was never a time she wouldn't be there for a quick response and made the whole experience simple and easy, I couldn't reccomend her and charters anymore they deserve 10*sAshley showed me the new place and was very polite and explanatory, another great member of their team.Thank you.

We were purchasing a property through the Alton office which unfortunately we did not complete on but that was no fault of the team at Alton. Quite the opposite Darcy went out of his way to try to get agreement with the seller but we had to walk away in the end. These guys are the most professional agents we have ever dealt with. Although we didn't end up proceeding with a purchase with Charters I would like to say that Tilly Orsmond was a pleasure to deal with, and the most professional estate agent that we dealt with during our house hunt. Tilly took time to understand our needs and requirements, and was refreshingly proactive in suggesting houses that we initially weren't considering but did tick the boxes of our search. She was also the most consistent person we dealt with in regards to following up and checking in with us, which elevated her above other agents we were dealing with. Sarah from Charters is excellent. She was able to introduce the properties that fits my needs and requirements. Even though I had some limitations to view the properties in person, she tried to accommodate my request and provide videos for my preliminary viewing. The properties that Charters have are of high quality. I sure will go back to them for my next property hunting. Also Whatsapp is available in Charters, it makes communication a lot easier!

We reached out to our Property Manager, (Mollie Mae West), and she was incredibly quick to respond and help us get everything sorted. We have just sold our house through Charters (Bishop’s Waltham ) and I have to say that from start to finish they have been amazing! The fee was higher than some other agents we considered but the added value from the Sales progression team was impressive and worth the fee paid.Very professional service but also very friendly, helpful and caring. An extra special thanks to Andy, the Manager, Nathan in Sales, Stephen in Sales Progression and Jasper in Valuations. Stephen Henry is an absolute credit to Charters and was phoning me daily to provide me an update around the time we exchanged contracts which was so helpful. Trying to find a rental 300 miles away from where you are is a little stressful given how quickly the market is currently moving. Ash was very accommodating in arranging a virtual viewing, answered all my questions well and gave me plenty of advice as someone who hasn't rented for 7+ years.I was grateful that the same day as the viewing Ash advocated for me, and secured the property giving me peace of mind. I'm still yet to see the property in person, but I'm confident in Ash and Charters that I will be confident in my decision.Thanks guys!
