GoogleIt has been a long and stressful journey, but the hellards team have been great in keeping us up to date and well informed. I would like to make a special mention regarding Liane who we feel has gone the extra mile and still continues to generally care and take interest in our family and lives. Yes we were her clients but Liane took her accountability and responsibility too a level that goes beyond that of a normal estate agent. I think without her constant care and work ethics we wouldn’t of lasted this long in the turmoil and stress of selling and buying houses. Thank you.

Dear Kevin. Ethics and principles are two areas where we do our utmost to try to excel. In situations such as yours, where tenants do not honour the terms of their agreement, it is not unusual for the Landlord to decide to issue notice. In your case, we consider we acted fairly, which enabled you to stay on after the expiration of your notice, allowing you extra time in which to secure another property.
