I've just completed on the sale of my house with Hellards as the agent. The great thing about Hellards is they know the area inside out. That said, from the outset, the team took time to understand the property and it's character and then did an amazing job matching prospective buyers for viewings - I really felt they were 'quality' viewings. Special shout out for Nicky and Viv who lead on viewings and Liane who did a sterling job of managing the sale process. Communication throughout was excellent. Thank you!

Initially I rented from Hellards, after returning from living in the Caribbean in 2021. The whole process was handled with total kindness and professionalism by Ian and all by phone and email. Now in 2023 I have bought a home through Hellards and again they have been really accommodating and helpful, without Viv’s incredible knowledge and Liane’s dogged persistence to push the process through, I would have been lost. The professionalism of Nicky, who first showed us round the house we have purchased made our decision to market our own property through Hellards an easy one. It has been a long and complex sale and purchase, but this professionalism has been reflected through everyone we have dealt with including Viv, who led the negotiations, Liane, who managed the underlying processes and communications and Gordon who has provided advice and guidance as necessary. I used the other agents in Alresford first. They told me what I wanted to hear. They weren't honest and failed to sell our property. I had to keep chasing them for updates.
