The professionalism of Nicky, who first showed us round the house we have purchased made our decision to market our own property through Hellards an easy one. It has been a long and complex sale and purchase, but this professionalism has been reflected through everyone we have dealt with including Viv, who led the negotiations, Liane, who managed the underlying processes and communications and Gordon who has provided advice and guidance as necessary. All worth it in the end and thanks to everyone at Hellards who made it happen. We would thoroughly recommend them.

I was looking for a property for a long time, and Hellards were so helpful along the way. They took time to talk with me whenever I contacted them, and they explained the dynamics of the local market, as well as providing full more general information on the local area. I used the other agents in Alresford first. They told me what I wanted to hear. They weren't honest and failed to sell our property. I had to keep chasing them for updates. Hellards was the complete opposite. We had lots of viewings. They were upfront and honest about the market. We had regular updates. They sold our property for a very reasonable price.
