The team at Hellards were fantastic throughout the process of selling a property. I am typing this as I feel it may help someone else in the same position as me, I was selling my late fathers property which initially was in probate and that in itself can be a quagmire to navigate. Towards the end of the sale we had some personal circumstances that came into play and Hellards were extremely understanding, respectful & sensitive while maintaining professionalism throughout. I highly recommend them and can't thank them enough. My warmest regards to all the team on behalf of myself & my sister.

We recently sold my parents’ house in Ropley through Hellards, and I can honestly say the team were excellent throughout. Liane took point and kept everything moving with calm professionalism and great communication. As the property had been unoccupied for some time (my parents having moved to assisted living), it was reassuring to know the team could handle viewings confidently and with care. I was particularly impressed by how they coordinated everyone along the chain, chasing, cajoling, and supporting all parties to keep things on track. They managed searches, queries, and the inevitable hurdles with efficiency and good humour. If you’re looking to buy or sell locally, I’d highly recommend Hellards. We were fortunate enough to find our forever home listed with Hellards, so we decided to simplify the process by also entrusting them with selling our current house. It turned out to be a fantastic decision! Our experience with Hellards has been nothing short of exceptional, as they provided us with an incredibly professional and friendly service. When it came time to photograph our house for the listing, Viv went above and beyond. Despite me being away in Germany for work and my wife having our two young children with friends over, Viv didn't mind at all. 2023: Hellards were great when I bought my home in 2019 so they were they obvious people to go to when I decided to downsize and sell my house. It was a tough market but thanks to the efforts of Viv and the whole sales team we were successful in finding a buyer. The exchange of contracts and completion turned out to be more complicated than we had expected but Liane put a huge amount of work into it for at least 2 weeks and finally managed to resolve all the issues. A big thank you to Liane, Viv, Gordon and everyone involved. You did a fabulous job. 2019: Hellards were the agents when I bought my home in Alresford. The whole team was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Rebecca was amazing at showing the house and promoting the community, which helped me to make up my mind, and Liane was always there to answer questions and sort out issues once the process began. Everything from start to finish went very smoothly. Thank you to everyone who was involved.
