My partner and I are first time buyers and were recommended Alistair Bowman as our mortgage advisor by a close friend. Alistair exceeded our expectations. As first time buyers we did not know what to expect and Alistair talked us through every step of the process, ensuring we had all of the information required to make decisions whilst reducing our stress levels massively. It was not an easy process and we had to renegotiate our agreed sale price due to property valuation. Alistair liaised with the estate agents on our behalf as part of the renegotiation process and we do not feel we would have been able to secure our property without his knowledge and support. Alistair is extremely professional, knowledgeable and an all round lovely person. We would highly recommend his services and will continue to seek support from Alistair when remortgaging in the future.

If you're looking for a mortgage advisor, look no further than Neil Walton at the Gosforth Rook Matthews Sayers branch! One star as zero is not an option. Little effort shown in trying to sell my flat, which has been on the market for 14 weeks. One viewing 3 days after it went on the market. The team rarely keep in touch and don't always reply to emails. All in all, a very poor service.
