GoogleI was shocked to see the amount of 5 star reviews this place has, I’m not sure how it been made possible but even giving this establishment a 1 star is just too kind. Extremely unprofessional behaviour, the whole experience with this company has been nothing short of diabolical. If your happy to - chase them about every detail, to never receive an email or call, to not know where you stand, to go against data protection with all your personal information - then this place is for you! They literally have no compassion or care for the buyer - only the profit in their back pocket. So just beware of that before attempting to buy!

GoogleDavida and Phillip were so helpful (and not to mention patient) with me throughout my purchase. As a first time buyer with an annoyingly complicated leasehold, their hard work and perseverance really helped me secure my dream home. I'd definitely recommend.

GoogleBought our dream home through Anchor and cannot recommend them enough. Lorraine was always available with help and advice throughout, even during lockdown. Nothing was too much trouble, even with the added complications that our own sale brought to the chain. Many thanks once again, Lorraine.

GoogleI’m looking for a place to rent for myself and for the 4th time I contacted them about a property they told me it was available I asked to view it and they never got back at me, this had happened first time in February and now again. Plus a girl on the phone yesterday after the standard (income/personal) information she asked me if I have some savings which I personally don’t think it’s your business to know especially after I told you I even have a guarantor. But they disappeared again 👻
