GoogleBad at solving tenants' problems after they move in, my friend has lived in a house for three months and since he moved every week he has a different problem and they don't fix it. I don't recommend it to anyone.

GoogleDid not turn up for the valuation. I emailed them with no response. Called them 3 times and still didn’t get a satisfactory answer. There are plenty other estate agents in Aldridge so avoid Webbs
