Thank you for your feedback. We do ask potential tenants to complete a form prior to viewing a property. This was in response to complaints from potential tenants who felt that we had wasted their time showing them around properties, only for them not to meet the criteria when they wanted to apply. Completing the form allows us to assess whether a prospective tenant is likely to meet the criteria required for the property and therefore not waste their time viewing properties that they would not be able to meet the criteria on. This is fairly common practice from most Letting Agents.
