Enzo has been really helpful, ensuring that we got something in due time. He's definitely working the extra mile, even on his day off, and him and his manager are both really responsive. GoogleWorst customer service of any estate agent I have used, had a viewing booked yesterday, waited for 10 mins past the arranged time and no body turned up, called the office and they said the property was now under offer but just didn’t bother to call and cancel the viewing. Attitude on the phone and not one apology. Can see why they call streets ahead the bottom of the estate agency pit.

GoogleWorst tenancy experience I’ve had. They withheld our deposit with fake charges like wallpaper, oven cleaning, and paintwork, even though these were not our fault. No proper TDS protection certificate was provided and they failed to share the full inventory with photos. Everything felt misleading and unprofessional. Tenants deserve honesty and fair treatment, sadly this agency gave us neither.

GoogleWe just sold our flat with streets ahead and Michael, Phil and Davide were all professional and really lovely people to deal with. Phil have a really realistic valuation and showed us lots of recently sold similar properties in the area as reference to set the price. Michael and Davida did all the viewings and were always courteous and respectful to us and our home and Michael was always available to update us and talk us through the conveyancing process.
