Charlotte Morgan made the whole letting process very easy for me, even though it has been 20+ since I have rented. The online tools which assisted with the forms, bills were especially useful for me.

We would like to place on record the excellent quality of service provided by Prospect Estate Agency and particularly Agnese Rees in the rental department of the agency. She was excellent in her handling of a very difficult situation and always made herself available to us. Had we not decided to sell our property we would certainly have remained with her and Prospect.

TrustpilotGreat Service
Great service from all at Prospect Reading. Michael Sharp was very informative and concise on the initial valuation and gave us a lot more confidence that the other agent we saw. The sale was agreed quickly and for more than we thought we would get. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Prospect again or recommend them to our friends.

GoogleHave used Prospect in Aldershot several times now to find tenants for various rental properties that I have. Unlike some other agents used, the process has been fuss-free, properties have been let without any delays, and the handover process for me to take on the management of these tenants has been very smooth. It is a shame that some of my properties are slightly out of their catchment areas as it would be nice to use them for my entire portfolio.

I had hard time with my purchase (an understatement!) but it became clear that Prospects were willing to go the extra mile to do what was needed to help - communication, proactive support to all involved, honest advice even if painful to hear. Josh and the team at the Sandhurst branch are highly recommended.
