Hazel has been very responsive, and clear in her communications with me. She is very professional, and efficient. Thanks to Beth for making it happen in the end, as a purchaser the conveyance took longer that anticipated due to 3rd party delays. Not an easy job dealing with multiple parties but she got us there, I was literally sitting in the office and ran out with the keys at 4.40pm on moving day! Big thanks to Beth and team!

Our move (over the last 10 months!) has been littered with issues from the start with a couple of fall throughs. Other Agents and solicitors throughout the chain failing to communicate and often everyone being left in the dark. As we were moving to a new build 200 miles away it has been a very stressful time. Having an Agent that was contactable and reliable was a huge benefit. Mark Horn at Warfield pulled out all the stops to make our move happen. He resold our house within 48 hours of the original sale falling through! Should have used Prospect Warfield from the start.

We are still facing challenges with the Prospect Maidenhead branch, particularly with the property manager, Gemma, during our move-out from the rental property. It has been over a month since we moved out, but we have yet to receive any communication regarding the final agreement quote needed to return our deposit. In the second week, they provided an inspection report listing several issues that we had supposedly caused, but there has been no follow-up since then. When we presented evidence contradicting the initial inspection report and pushed for a resolution to expedite the return of our deposit, we received no response from them. The only update we have received is that they have been waiting for a quote for 2-3 weeks, which is concerning as we have evidence disproving many of the claims against us. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and has placed our family in a challenging position as we try to communicate with them to retrieve what is rightfully ours. I strongly advise against renting a property through Prospect in Maidenhead if you wish to avoid such difficulties.
