From the valuation to the property being sold the staff were all extremely helpful. We had quite a few problems throughout and they did everything that they could to support both myself and our buyer. It was touch and go whether our sale went through in time but Kirsty was so helpful doing everything she could, even persuading our developer to let us have access to our property early. We would 100% recommend.

Very quick with email replies but also keeping me updated on the process of the sale. My contact Helen was always friendly and professional, as was all the team. GoogleWell, what can I say? I absolutely would not have survived this process without the incredible support from Clare and her wonderful team at the Wigton branch. Remotely orchestrating a house sale & move for my elderly parents would have been impossible without their help, they have gone above and beyond, especially the lovely Jess, virtually holding my hand every step of the way. I can't begin to cover the full remit of their help, suffice to say it was way more than contractual obligations, for which we shall be eternally grateful! The empathy, sensitivity and genuine kindness we have all felt during the entire process has really been quite overwhelming. As moving day looms and the Team continue to facilitate my numerous requests, I heartily thank you all. These aren't just Estate Agents, these are the Wigton Your Move Superteam of Estate Agents, and you'll wonder what you did to deserve them!
