Avoid. Nothing but issues from start to finish. Moving in process was a complete shambles and the moving out process 4 years later was just as bad, if not worse. Poor communication and getting your deposit back is a joke. Numerous phone calls and emails deposit returned 9 weeks later!! Do not trust! Cannot say this is the same for all their branches but stay away from the Broadstairs branch.

Poor experience from moving in to moving out, 4 years later. Avoid!!! Poor communication, they do not care about their tenants and tell lies. The process in getting your deposit back after moving out is a joke. 9 weeks to be precise, after numerous phone calls and emails.

Megan at Sittingbourne is so thorough, you always get an email back promptly or she will reach out another way. You don’t have to chase her, you’re not left hanging. She is so polite when you speak to her, nothing is too much. There are many times she has reassured me that I do matter as a landlady, exemplary service.

GoogleFrom start to finish, Jess & Clare were the guardian angels we needed when selling our lovely little first home and buying our forever, family one! I found out I was pregnant a day or two after we had our house valued and couldn’t keep my gob shut, so told Jess almost immediately! She was so kind and helpful, always checking in and doing her absolute best to get us moved in before baby arrived. Despite literally everything taking AGES, Jess and Clare both absolutely battled for me and my husband and got us moved in when I was 38.5 weeks pregnant. Enormous and bloated, but still buzzing and running around like an idiot when I was presented with the keys. Honestly, these two and all of the Your Move Wigton team helped in so many ways, we will forever be grateful. (Oh and I went into labour with baby less than 48 hours after moving in!)
