We have received fantastic service so far. From the start we have had very quick response from Darryl Borthwick-Robertron regarding the house viewing. He is a great guy, very positive and easy to talk. Next day Max Jelliman have showed us the property. He was very friendly, easy going and professional, very well prepared and able to answer for all our questions. Day after we already got a call from Darryl who went with us through next stage of the process to make sure we can get all necessary documents and references from work and previous landlord ready. We did not have to worry about chasing the progress of our case. He was in touch with us regularly. Same as Gareth who was dealing with the references - he has responded promptly and quickly. Whole process took barely 4 days and we finally got good news on Friday evening that our tenant referencing has been concluded. Happy Friday!! These guys are really fantastic team, offering great professional service from viewing to completion. I would definitely recommend them as Estate Agent of choice.

Although we did not use Your Move for our sale our purchase, Jess from Your Move was the Estate Agent dealing with the sale at top of the chain. She was brilliant as she was pushing to whole chain so the sale would go through within the required time frame before our mortgage expired. Jess was happy to put in the leg work and speak to all the Estate Agents and solicitors to ensure that the sales completed withing the required time frame and was happy to keep all parties updated. If it was not for Jess I don't think our sale and purchase would have happened. I cannot thank her enough even thought she was not our Estate Agent. In the future I would certainly use there as from my experience they keep on top of the sale all the way through to completion rather than many other Estate Agents where it appears once they have had the offer in on their house that is their job done. What a great service I have received so far from the whole team at your move (Kettering), and especially Michael Dainty and Jessica Roberts. When Michael came to our house to take the photos and 3D video, he took his time making sure he captured the best shots, which really shown when we seen the end result. This attracted lots of potential buyers, and Your Move arranged for 15 viewings in a single day which worked perfectly for us. They also did all the showing around and explaining the property and managed to keep to the tight timescales. As requested they ensured all clients removed their shoes and wore face masks at all times. Jessica has also been a star, with regular contact and keeping us updated every step of the way, and she is always a pleasure to speak to with her friendly professional attitude. If I was to move again, Your move would certainly be my first choice.

From the outset, when I visited this branch of Your Move and met with Darryl Borthwick I felt he had listened to exactly what I was looking for. Darryl was professional, polite and was really helpful when explaining what he was expecting to receive property-wise, discussing property market conditions and with providing area info (as I am new to the area). I also liked that he said he would call us as soon as there was a property of interest - and he did just that! Unfortunately, I did not get to purchase a property via Your Move but their level of customer service is excellent. There is no doubting their commitment to ensuring you are their priority. The first impression was with the viewing. We have only really dealt with one person from your move and that’s Max! From the day we popped in to see what was available up until finding the perfect home he has been amazing!
